It’s 6:45.
The chicken’s done.
The vegetables aren’t.

There’s broccoli in the fridge. It still needs washing, chopping, seasoning and roasting. There’s a bag in the freezer, but steamed vegetables aren’t what you’re craving.

So you skip the side. Again.

That familiar dinner dilemma is where Roast’d comes in. The idea: give the forgotten part of dinner a little more flavor, with a lot less preparation.

The friction

A side dish shouldn’t need its own to-do list.

Roasted vegetables sound easy until you’re the one making them. Find the cutting board. Chop everything. Add oil. Get the seasoning right. Wait for the oven. Wash the pan.

On a quiet Sunday, fine. On a Tuesday after work? That’s another cooking project.

The appeal of having something ready in the freezer is that dinner can keep moving. You’ve already figured out the main. You shouldn’t need a second burst of motivation to finish the plate.

The difference

The prep happens before the bag reaches you.

Roast’d seasons and flash-roasts its vegetables, then flash-freezes them. At home, you finish cooking them in an air fryer or oven.

The vegetables already come with seasoning and avocado oil. There’s no need to assemble a spice mix or add more oil before cooking.

Think of the dinner you already make: chicken and rice, a piece of salmon, a bowl of noodles. This is the part you add when you want the plate to feel finished.

The first pick

Start with broccoli you’d look forward to.

Hot Shot Broc pairs roasted broccoli with hot honey. A little sweetness, a little heat, and a side that sounds like something you chose.

Roast’d’s instructions put this flavor at about 7–9 minutes in an air fryer at 400°F, shaking once. It goes in frozen, with no thawing or extra oil. Follow the product’s cooking directions when available.

Put it next to the dinner you were already planning. No new recipe to learn. No extra seasoning decision. Just a more interesting answer to “what are we having with it?”
